Dan’s Real Estate journey began in 1996 as a Realtor with small boutique brokerages, followed by 10 years at Re/Max, to building a successful Real Estate Team within Keller Williams. In 2008, Dan joined Leadership at KW Advantage in Toronto focusing on growth, professional development and culture where he was corporately recognized annually for his significant contributions. In 2014, Dan took the leap of leaving Toronto and starting Keller Williams Complete Realty in Hamilton quickly being the fast growing brokerage in the Region and within 5 years the highest producing office for transactions across all brands. Seeing the tremendous opportunities around the Golden Horseshoe, Dan cofounded KW Complete Niagara based out of St. Catharines in 2017. As an avid Real Estate Investor himself with a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, in 2019 he cofounded Complete Properties who serves Real Estate Investors as a Property Management and Maintenance Services company. Complete Properties was Recognized for Best Property Management in Hamilton and Best Handyman Services St. Catharines Readers Choice 2020.


Dan’s true north is philanthropy. In 2020, Dan, along with a committed Board of Directors, founded Be The Change in Your Own Backyard Charitable Foundation.
